David was born and raised on an island off the coast of Maine. He moved to New York to study civil engineering at Columbia, where he also stayed for his master’s degree. During summers at home he worked as a bike mechanic then as a carpenter, building single family homes. He was hired out of school by BuroHappold as a bright eyed graduate structural engineer. In the five years since then David has worked on a variety of projects ranging in size from stadiums to relatively small retail stores in locations from Detroit to Dubai. David currently lives in Brooklyn where he enjoys cycling and sailing. David spends nearly all of his vacation time skiing at resorts all over North America. He is gladly sacrificing a ski trip to help with this build and could not be more excited!

In his free time he enjoys skiing/boarding, traveling, hiking and most importantly spending time with family and friends. Dylan is very much looking forward to this adventure in Panama and the impact he will have on the community.

A proud Scotsman, Fraser now lives in Brooklyn with his partner Diana and two baby kittens. A structural engineer by trade, he has since worked in various parts of the world, including seven years in London and one very sunny year on a construction site in the Bahamas. He first came to the US as a student, earning pennies as a summer camp counsellor in upstate New York. Nowadays the day job is slightly different – Fraser is primarily responsible for delivering large scale building projects – largely in the higher-education sector. He is motivated by managing large teams and harnessing strong relationships to develop buildable designs for landmark projects. He is thrilled to be part of the Caloveborita team and bring his open and organized work style to the project leader role. Outside the office, he likes to run, hike and play bar games on sunny summer evenings.
